Important Trip Details
Cost | Deadlines
$5,200 per person (single occupancy)
or $4,200 per person sharing rooms (double occupancy)
– Registration Deadline: December 15, 2025
– Deposit ($2,500) Due: January 15, 2026 (includes $500 non-refundable airfare deposit)
– Balance ($2,700) Due: February 8, 2026
– Trip Departure: April 8, 2026
– Trip Return: April 21, 2026

How to Prepare

– Obtain a valid passport and Kenyan visa (assistance provided)
– Purchase travel insurance covering the entire trip (instruction provided)
– Start fundraising early! Host events or reach out to your community to help offset costs
– Pack modest, lightweight clothing, sunscreen, insect repellent, and necessary medications (instruction provided)
